She is survived by: her children, Jeremy Bolick (Andrea), Ryan James Porter (Jackie) and Jamie Ward (Bolick); her brothers, Wayne "Hotdog" Hartzog and Donald Hartzog; and her grandson Jiles Joseph Bolick. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
