He was predeceased by: his parents, Horace Moses Sr. and Bonnie Lowman Moses. He is survived by: his children, Jennifer Lail (Kelly), Christopher Moses and Angel Moses; his sister Tammy Moses (Shannon Bean); and his grandchildren, Kody, Jaden, Tyler and Sarah Lail.
