With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James Emanuel Carter (Morganton, North Carolina), born in Lansing, Michigan, who passed away on January 29, 2023 at the age of 48. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Paul Carter and Anna Riegle Carter. He is survived by : his wife Heather Carter; his children, Leeanna Carter and Andrew Weinhauer; and his granddaughter Mariana Carter. He is also survived by 6 brothers and 3 sisters along with many nieces and nephews, his family and friends.
