Though Lee may journey beyond the horizon of our sight, his essence remains woven into the very fabric of our being — a guiding light in the darkness, a beacon of hope in the night.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Russell and Alma Russell; and his siblings, Kenneth and Beatrice Jones. He is survived by: his wife Wilma; his children, Lisa LaRotonda and Rev. Charles Russell (Juliana); and his granddaughters, Brooke LaRotonda, Emma and Olivia Russell. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Fam Church (1955 US-70, Morganton, NC 28655). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
