She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Gus West and Alma Condrey West; her husband William Allen Howard; her daughters, Kelly Newton (David) of Morganton and Melissa Little (Fred) of Barrington, NH; and her grandchildren, Arianna Antonelli, R. J. Proulx and William Proulx. She was also cherished by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
