She was predeceased by: her parents, Allen Luther Hall and Daisy Hall; her children, Perry Whittington, Debra Smith and George Wentworth; her grandsons, Benjamin Miller and Ricky Todd; her siblings, Walter Hall, Jay Hall, Alvin Hall, JoAnn Hughes and Shirley Holmes; and her brothers-in-law, Ken Whittington, Lawrence Smith, Howard Wentworth and Frank Chrisco.
She is survived by: her children, David Smith (Rosemary) and Lisa Wentworth (Steve); her grandson Samuel Cody Wentworth; her grandchild-in-law Devon; her grandchildren, Jacob Miller, Chelsey Wentworth and Gracie Wentworth; her great grandchildren, Sullivan Wentworth, Natalie Price and Tony Price; her daughter-in-law Myra Wentworth; and her family, Angela Barlow-Jones (Jon), Mary Holmes-Cook, Ian Cook (Jessica), Margaret Hall, Chad Hall-Roman-Martinez (Eliud) and Melinda Hall-Akers (Nick). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Goshen Baptist Church (6524 NC-268, Wilkesboro, NC 28697). A burial will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 at the Goshen Baptist Church Cemetery (6524 NC-268, Wilkesboro, NC 28697).
