She was predeceased by: her husband James Otis Perkins; her daughter Karen Perkins; her birth parents, Eddison Kincaid and Gertha Pearson; and her adoptive parents, Jacob Pearson and Ethel Pearson.
She is survived by: her sons, Columbus Avery Dean Kincaid, James Eric Perkins (Delphine), Wally Perkins (Lutchia), Darrel Perkins (Erisha) and Andre Stephens. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 33 great-grandchildren, and 4 great-great-grandchildren.
