She was predeceased by: her husband Anthony "Tony" Holden; and her parents, Vivian "Bib" Stamey and Dudley Isaacs. She is survived by: her daughters, April Russell (John) of Elk Park, NC, Crystal Ricker (Jeff Birchfield) of Johnson City, TN and Ashleigh Holden of Morganton, NC; her siblings, Benny Johnson (Sherrie) of Hampton, TN and Rosetta Russell (Steve); her grandchildren, Matthew Shook (Heather), Darius Shook (Amanda), Alexis Oliver (Matthew), Vincent Shook (Hannah), Amity Shook (Joe Burleson), Katherine Lee (Beth), Brenda Crider (Jimmie) and Jana Jarrett; her great grandchildren, Beckett, Jack, Sammy, Anthony, Bradlee, Karlee, Maggie, Braxton, Ashton, Riley, Mandy, Madalyn, Elijah and Isaiah; and her son Jackson. She is also survived by her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to App Tails Rescue, where Sherri joyfully volunteered at adoption events—sharing her love for animals and helping them find their forever homes.
