He is survived by : his parents, Thomas Edward Barlow and Irene Russ Barlow; his children, Michael Russ and Summer Nicole Barlow; his brother Kevin Edwards Barlow (Evelyn); and his nephews, Jonathan Barlow and Luke Barlow. He is also survived by numerous cousins and extended family.
