He was predeceased by : his father Won Kyu Yim (Yum); and his brother Chongtok Yim. He is survived by : his wife Ogkyeong Yim; his children, Amanda Stevens (Sean Stevens), Owen of Durham, NC and Scott Yim (Drew Miller) of Brooklyn, NY; and his siblings, Suncha Preston of Methuen, MA, Sunhui Morrison of Chelmsford, MA, Sunok Yim of Seoul, Kate Yim (Chang Hwan Park) of Durham, NC and Chonghun Yim of Andover, MA. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
