Brown of Hopewell, VA; his sisters-in-law, Justina B. Pegram of Hopewell, VA and Felecia B. Irving (Gerry, Sr.) of Prince George, VA; his nieces, Heather Nixon of Lansdale, PA, Christina (Phillip) of Alpharetta, GA and Wanda Belin of Reisterstown, MD; his nephew Jonathan Pegram of Hopewell, VA; and his great-nieces, Kelia Belin, Kayla of Washington, Nia of Washington and Amiyah Pegram. He is also survived by cousins, extended family and many devoted friends.
