She is survived by : her children, Paul Jr. Shorts (Lorie) of Raeford, Cheri Oxendine (John Paul) of Albemarle, Kim Shorts of Morven, Mark Shorts (Loretta) of Shannon, Daniel Shorts (Dolly) of Morven and Tracy Smith (Steven) of Morven; and her siblings, Nancy Crates of Ohio, Ed Ward of Ohio and Rita Ward of Ohio. She is also survived by relatives and friends.
