With solemn reverence, we commemorate Allene McRoberts Love of Mount Airy, North Carolina, whose life came to an end on October 19, 2025 at the age of 89, leaving behind cherished memories. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Jonah Henderson and Gertrude Mae Copeland McRoberts; her husband Bobby Dean Love; and her sisters, Geraldine McRoberts and Marie McRoberts Chilton.
She is survived by: her daughter Melissa Love (Chris Annunziata); her siblings, Evie Riggs (Jimmy), Irving McRoberts (Jane Bottoms) and Junior McRoberts (Kathy); her siblings-in-law, Sonny and Kaye Love; and her caregivers, Cindy Beverly, Teresa Pack, Anita Wallace and Maria Bedsaul. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Moody Funeral Services (206 W Pine St, Mt Airy, NC 27030). A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:45 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:15 PM at the Skyline Memory Gardens (432 Old Buck Shoals Rd, Mt Airy, NC 27030).
