He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Lawrence Noblett, Sr. and Lue. He is survived by: his wife Edna L. Noblett; his children, Melvin (Lorrie Myers), Michael (Vicki Myers), Melissa (Johnny Hiatt) and Melody (Gary Surratt); and his sister-in-law Mary L. Coulson. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren.
