She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Henry Seivers, Sr., Lois Seivers and Clarence Smith. She is survived by: her parents, Richard "Rick" Smith and Rebecca "Becky" Seivers Smith; her children, Cayden, Evan and Emma; her siblings, Nathan Smith (Melissa), Christina Roberts (Jerald) and Mallory Wadsworth (Ian); and her grandmother Shelby Moser Smith. She is also survived by two nieces and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
