She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Jefferson and Bertie Francis Atkins Hutchens; her husband Pink Odell Smith; her son Bruce Wayne Smith; her son-in-law Leonard Toby Creed; and her siblings, Pearlie Anna Jefferson, Ola Elizabeth Reece, Roxie Edna Hutchens, Hattie Mae Brooks, Lacy Nathaniel Hutchens, Lonnie James Hutchens, Grover Wesley Hutchins, Charles Monroe Hutchens, Roger Emery Hutchens, Thomas Jefferson "Tommie" Hutchens, Jr., Fred Walter Hutchens and Samuel Jefferson Hutchens.
She is survived by: her children, Wanda Faye Creed and Larry Odell Smith; her grandchildren, Misty Duggan (Adam), Holly Johnson (Brad) and McKinley York (Kaley); and her great grandchildren, Kaleb Duggan, Aydin Duggan, Logan Duggan, Harley Duggan, Arabella Johnson and McKinley Wade York. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
