She was predeceased by: her parents, Geneva Wilson Thore and Claude W. Thore. She is survived by: her sons, Thomas Garnet Fawcett, III (Bud) of Oregon and George Lenfesty Fawcett (Len) of Mount Airy, NC; her granddaughters, Lila Inez Marshall Fawcett and Raina Lee Marshall Fawcett; her sister Patricia Thore Cooke (Steve); and her nieces, Angie Bowman and Renee Price (Randy). She is also survived by relatives and friends.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Trinity Episcopal Church (472 N Main St, Mt Airy, NC 27030). Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that memorials be made to the charity of the donor's choice.
