She was predeceased by : her parents, Sherman Billings and Sara Smoot Billings. She is survived by : her children, Alvis Hall of Elkin and Tina (Junior Collins) of Mount Airy; her sister Joann White of Elkin; her grandchildren, Charles Collins, Jared Collins, Natisha Carter (Jeremy) and Christopher Hall; her great grandchildren, Breanna Collins, Sydney Collins and Patricia Carter; and her great great grandchild Branden Collins.

Visitation was held on Friday, April 26th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Johnson Funeral Home (615 W Main St, Elkin, NC 28621). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 26th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
