He was predeceased by: his parents, Moses Collins, Jr. and Frances Pauline Lowe Collins; and his sisters, Diane Collins Niston and Donna Collins Williams. He is survived by: his wife Dana Holder Collins; his daughter Amy Collins Angel; his son-in-law Tim; his son Dustin Collins; his daughter-in-law Kayla; his grandchildren, Liam Collins, Kaison Collins and Aubree Angel; and his sisters, Debbie Collins Bryant, Denise Collins Cox (Roy) and Vickie Collins Flippin.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 6th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Moody Funeral Services (206 W Pine St, Mt Airy, NC 27030). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, September 6th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
