With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard Allen Green of Mount Airy, North Carolina, who passed away on May 20, 2025 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Green and Opal Fickle Green; and his brothers, Rolland Green, Ralph Green, Byron Green, Robert Green and James Green.
He is survived by: his wife Ruth Beck Green; his daughters, Dr. Julianne V. Green and JoAnn Green Brucker (Jeffrey); his grandson Robert Tyler Haynes; and his sisters-in-law, Jean Green, Marjorie Green and Ardith Green.
