We are sad to announce that on June 17, 2025, at the age of 94, Roxie Elizabeth Owens of Mount Airy, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Broze Jessup and Lula Slate Jessup; her husband John W. Owens; and her brothers, Gravely Jessup and Tommy Jessup.
She is survived by: her son Mike Owens (Sherry); and her siblings, Ruby Jessup Walker, Harry Jessup, Harvey Jessup, Doug Jessup and Moir Jessup. She is also survived by four nieces and one nephew.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Roxies memory may be made to Westfield Baptist Church at 6713 Westfield Road, Westfield, NC 27053.
