He is survived by: his wife LaRae; his children, Ashley (Bret Black), Bradley (Missy Warner), Michael (Elizabeth Warner), Joshua (Shavonne McClure) and Neil Squire; and his grandchildren, Jackson, Zola, Henry Warner, Olivia and Bradley Black.
