He was predeceased by: his parents, John Banner "Johnnie" Creed and Hazel Nina "Nannie" Davis Creed; his wife Bobbie Ruth Macey Creed; and his siblings, Trudy Faye Creed, Lola Frances Creed, Fannie Elizabeth "Lizzie" Creed Carpenter, Mae Ruth Creed Clifton, Bernie Hampton Creed, Ralph James Creed and Johnnie Ernest Creed.
He is survived by: his children, Debi McHone (Richard Whitley), Tim Creed (Michelle), Danny Creed (Lori) and Michael Creed (Sheila); his grandchildren, Zane Creed, Amber Ashton, Samantha McHone, Zach, Lauren Creed, Maddie Creed, Laken Creed, Luke Creed and Billy Creed; and his great grandchildren, Tyree Creed and Henry Creed.
