He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Johnson and Barbara Johnson. He is survived by: his wife Karen Johnson; his daughter Shannon Johnson; his siblings, Randy Johnson (Brenda) and Vickie Echols (Gary); his nieces and nephews, Chad, Holly, Joshua, Shane and Ryan Johnson; and his close friends, Todd Smith and Justin York.
