He is survived by: his wife Audrey Hartsell Hartsell; his children, Sherry Hartsell Rushing (Tommy) of Stanfield and Ronnie Ray Hartsell (Jamie) of Oakboro; his stepson Travis Lisk (Teresa); his siblings, Tim Parker (Shay), Sylvia Medlin (Pat) of Albemarle and Neal Parker (Capri) of Lexington; and his aunt Jean Furr. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.
