We bid farewell to Bob Harrison Rowland (Mount Holly, North Carolina), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on April 4, 2025 at the age of 89. Bob touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. Though Bob may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Bob touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn R. Rowland and Benalee Robinson Rowland; his wife Doris Ann Flowers Rowland; and his brother Bill Rowland. He is survived by: his children, Julia, Robin Rowland and Jason Rowland (Brook); his sisters, Phyllis Long Mullis (David) and Debby Avery (Cordell); and his grandchildren, Harrison and Anna Rowland.
