With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Connie McElveen (Mount Holly, North Carolina), who passed away on August 29, 2025 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Tabor "Buck" Scott and Josephine Jones Scott; her husbands, Charles Dewey Graham, Sr. and James T. "Jim" McElveen; her son Charles Dewey "Chuck" Graham, Jr.; her siblings, Virginia Perdue, Buck Scott, Jr. and Jackie Scott; and her great grandchild Charles Alexander Johnson.
She is survived by: her daughter Connie Graham Mauldin; her son-in-law Eddie; her grandchildren, Lil'Eddie Mauldin (Dawn), Charles Michael Mauldin (Kellie), Cassandra "Skye" Johnson, Scottie Graham (Bekah) and Samantha Graham (Sam); her great grandchildren, Hayden, Hannah, McKyleigh, Eli, Ethan, Blake, Carson, Clark and Ares; her sister Bobbie Coon; and her close friend Amanda Edwards. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
