He was predeceased by: his parents, David Ernest and Jessie Smith Shook. He is survived by: his wife Delphia Payseur Shook; his daughters, Pamela S. Crowe and Lisa S. Choy (Dennis); and his granddaughter Jennifer Farina (Nicholas).
