She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd Lawson Vance and Flossie Blackwood Vance; her children, Cynthia Blair and Johnny Dwight Cartrett; her granddaughter Adrian Blair; and her siblings, Zelma Vance, Arnold Vance, Lonnie Vance, Shirley Vance, Barbara Lowsteter and Hazel Hunt.
She is survived by: her daughters, Sandra K. Cartrett (Fiance') and Sherry Jackson (Robert); her grandchildren, Ashton Effler, Kylie Wilson, Tony "Bubby" Wilson, Crystal Wilson (Tony) and Kailey Holcomb; her great grandchildren, Gracin Henderson, Aaliyah Albright and Kyrie Albright; and her sisters, Carolyn Graham and Lucy Holden. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
