He was predeceased by: his parents, Earley Head and Rosalee Monk Head; and his wife Joyce Head. He is survived by: his siblings, Grady Head (Debbie) and Connie PeQueen. He is also survived by three grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
