She was predeceased by: her parents, Guy E. Anderson and Faye Bridges Anderson; her husband Bud Nicholson; her son Todd Nicholson; and her sisters, Joan Tate and Anne Anderson.
She is survived by: her son Tim Nicholson (Teresa); her daughter-in-law Wendy Nicholson; her grandchildren, Somer Wilson (Preston), Hunter Nicholson (Heather) and Kyle Nicholson; and her great grandchildren, Liam Wilson, Jase Wilson, Evie Wilson, Evelyn Nicholson, Jamie Nicholson, Lamar Daigle, Levitica Daigle and Aiden House.
A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 at 3:30 PM at the Gaston Memorial Park (1200 S New Hope Rd, Gastonia, NC 28054).
