He is survived by: his parents, Jerry Hall Ballard, Jr. and Mary Annette Gardner Ballard; his brother Richard "Buddy" Gardner; and his sibling's children, Christian Gardner (Sierra) and Jenna Gardner.
Visitation was held on Monday, July 21st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Benson Funeral and Cremation Services (101 Oak Grove St, Mt Holly, NC 28120). A funeral service was held on Monday, July 21st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
