He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Duckworth and Pauline Kennedy Duckworth; his brother Robert Duckworth; and his pet Gus. He is survived by: his wife Judy Duckworth; his children, Deborah Ross (Ronald) and Dana Holland (Jason); his grandchildren, Steven Ross (Ashley), Nickie Puckett (Ross), Dalton Holland (Savanna Ruff) and Kolby Holland; and his great grandchildren, Kaiden Lang, Sadie Puckett, Christopher Ross and Jeremiah Ross.
