He is survived by: his wife Freda Workman; his daughter Tonya Faulkner; his stepdaughter Angela Fields; and his grandchildren, Sandra Terry, Chelsea Johnson, Jacklyn West (Jordan), Whitley Austin, Derrick Fields and Layla Fields. He is also survived by four great grandchildren, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and close friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 5th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Cross Baptist Church (302 Lanier Ave, Mt Holly, NC 28120). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 5th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, October 5th 2026 at the Hillcrest Gardens Cemetery.
