He was predeceased by: his parents, William "Bill" Lasley and Mary "Peggy" Waller Lasley. He is survived by: his wife Sandy Lasley; his children, Brian Lasley (Megan) and Rebecca Lasley; his siblings, Gregory Lasley (Nicole) and Linda Lasley May; his sister-in-law Debbie Schell (Steve); his nieces and nephews, Matthew Garrett, Amber Klokocnik (Connor), Caroline, William and Dylan Lasley; and his great-nieces, Addison Garrett and Grace Gilliland.
Mike Lasley experienced debilitating nerve pain in his jaw for the last 2 and a half years of his life, so in lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to The Facial Pain Research Foundation to support research to find a cure and develop therapies for trigeminal neuralgia and related neuropathic facial pain.
