He is survived by: his wife Annette Smith Wallace; his children, Christy Wallace and Shannon Wallace (Tiffany); his grandchildren, Jaydon Noa, Lucas Medina, Gavin and Carter Wallace; and his brothers, Steve Wallace (Kim) and Frankie Wallace. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
