With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Norman Buckner of Mount Holly, North Carolina, born in Newport, Tennessee, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 19, 2024 at the age of 60. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

As we bid farewell to this luminous soul, let us carry forward the torch of his memory, illuminating the path ahead with the warmth of his love and the brilliance of his spirit. Though Norman may journey beyond the horizon of our sight, his essence remains woven into the very fabric of our being — a guiding light in the darkness, a beacon of hope in the night.

He was predeceased by : his mother Barbara Buckner; and his sister Sheila Cherry. He is survived by : his father Norman Drew Buckner; his wife Hope Buckner; his children, Kyle Buckner, Scottie Buckner, Sam West, Jessica McGinnis and Katy Buckner; his brothers, Richard Buckner, Ronnie Buckner and Chris Buckner; and his granddaughter Claire Buckner.

A celebration of life was held on Sunday, April 28th 2024 at 2:30 PM at the Gaston County Shrine Club (505 Pinkney Rd, Dallas, NC 28034).
