He is survived by: his wife Janice Marie Hord Otten; his children, Dulcenia Marie Otten, Regina Lynn Otten Ford (Matthew) and Marc Anthony Otten (Lori); his grandchildren, Hannah Marie Rigby, Skyler Stocks, Storm Stocks, Dakota Stocks, Adelaide Ford, Jayde Ford, Khari Ford, Rayne Ford, DeHavillan Ford and Hadassah Harris (Nate); his great grandchildren, Leia Harris and Abram Harris; and his brothers, Paul Dennis Otten (Ida), Wayne Franklin Otten (Carol) and Brian Bragg Otten (Cintra). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
