She is survived by: her husband Dewey Houston "Hugh" Howell; her children, Dana Stamey (David), Cheryl Howell Gation and Jason M. Howell (Stephanie); her grandchildren, Justin Howell, Megan Stamey, Daniel Stamey, Jessica Strickland, Hope Floyd, Lee Floyd and Sara Howell; her brother Jeffery Sherrill; and her brothers-in-law, Scotty Howell (Christine), Mike Howell (Gayle) and Steve Howell. She is also survived by 21 great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
