He is survived by: his sons, Thomas Milton Stubbs, Jr. of Mt. Holly, NC and Charles Scott Stubbs of Bowie, TX; his sister Tina Stubbs of Bennettsville; his close friend Dolly Vozella of Beaufort, SC; and his sister-in-law Bari Stubbs of Bennettsville. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other extended family.
