He is survived by: his wife Lisa Hovis Mullis; his sons, Josh Harper (Brittany) and Tyler Cloninger (Katie); his siblings, Trena Boldt (Martin), Ponee Lowery, Nickie West, Tracy Brock (Tim) and Scott Ward (Glenda); his father-in-law Billy Hovis; and his sister-in-law Kim Isenhour (Jeff). He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
