She is survived by: her husband Albert "Butch" Summitt; her son Kevin Summitt (Renee); her grandsons, Josh Summitt (Beverly), Jordan Summitt (Alyson), Jared Summitt (Katie) and Cody Summitt; and her great grandchildren, Isla, Warner, Lola and Saige Summitt.
