She was predeceased by: her parents, Rufus Byron Lupo and June Evelyn Lupo; and her husband Alvin Lee Denton. She is survived by: her children, Rufus Scott Denton (Angela Barker Denton) and June Denton Conroy (Kenneth Dwayne Conroy); and her grandchildren, Zachary Scott Denton and Ryan G.-L..
