She was predeceased by : her parents, Tom Spell and Nellie "Boot" Padgett Spell. She is survived by : her husband Keith Westbrook; her daughters, Rachelle W. Johnson of Mount Olive and Jennifer W. Holmes (Chris) of Kenansville; her grandchildren, Chelsie J. Grady (John Paul) of Mount Olive, Brooke Johnson (Josh Ezzell) of Mount Olive, Wesley Holmes (Lydia Futch) of Kenansville and Mackenzie Holmes of Kenansville; her great grandchildren, Carrie Nell of Mount Olive and Izzy Grady of Mount Olive; and her nephew Braxton Lewis Padgett (Brenda) of Mount Olive.
