She was predeceased by: her parents, James Marion Denning and Cassie Elizabeth Sutton Denning; her husband Leonard Jackson Grantham; and her siblings, Joe Denning, G. Lonnie Denning, Frank Denning, Bobby Denning, Steve Denning, Evelyn Denning and Betty Denning.
She is survived by: her daughter Mendy Owenby (Scott); her granddaughters, Lark and Emery of Raleigh; her nephews, Stephen Lee Denning (Kayla) and Robert Denning (Misty) of Mount Olive; her sister-in-law Ester Denning; her niece Karen Donatelli (Frank); her great-nephew Nicholas Donatelli; and her nephew Kevin Denning of New York.
A graveside service will be held on Sunday, October 4th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Maplewood Cemetery (165 E Main St, Mt Olive, NC 28365).
