With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Arwilda Rouse Pate (Mount Olive, North Carolina), who passed away on July 12, 2023 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Edison Pate; her parents, Claude Rouse and Myrtle Pickett Rouse; her daughter Gail P.; her son-in-law Dennis Knowles of Rose Hill; her granddaughter Samantha K. (Bradley Kennedy) of Chinquapin; her great grandchild Sophie Wren Kennedy of Chinquapin; her siblings, Claudette R. Shelton of Mount Olive and Loranda "Randy"; and her sister-in-law Elizabeth Rouse of Calypso. She was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
