He was predeceased by: his parents, James Atlas Goodman and Francis Tann Goodman. He is survived by: his wife Bettie Mae Goodman; his children, Ricky McCoy (Christy), James Goodman (Shatesha), Tracy Goodman, Daran Goodman (Tina), Phyllis Goodman (Curtis), Eric Hooper, Christopher Hooper and Tony Bell; his sisters, Wanda Morrisey, Doretha Allen and Linda Foy; and his nephew Dennis Goodman. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren; a son.
