She was predeceased by: her parents, Dan Frederick and Bertha Frederick; her husband James; and her brother Harrell Frederick. She is survived by: her granddaughter Niasha Shanae Allen; her daughters, Angela Core (Rodney) and Debra Smith (Willie Gregory); and her siblings, Elder, Neill Smith of Augusta, Georgia, Cassandra Frederick of Warsaw and Larry Frederick of Washington, D. C.. She is also survived by two grandchildren; five great grandchildren.
