She is survived by: her children, Lisa Anders (Preston Jr.) of Knightdale and Ralph Anthony Hargrove of Durham; her brothers, Gerald Ray Thompson of Clinton and Jimmy Thompson (Joyce) of Pennsauken, NJ; her grandchildren, Raphel Tedarris Hargrove-Hart (Darrell) of Charlotte, Brianna Harrison of Faison and Tonecia Alexander (Brent) of Rockville, MD; her great grandchild Jordan Alexander of Rockville, MD; and her daughter Loretta Miller of Chinquapin.
Viewing was held on Friday, June 13th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Garris Funeral Home (812 SW Center St, Mt Olive, NC 28365). A funeral service was held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Goshen Disciple Church (7120 Suttontown Rd, Faison, NC 28341). A burial was held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 at the Cobb Cemetery (329 Juniper Rd, Faison, NC 28341).
