She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlie Mumford and Esther Mills Mumford. She is survived by: her husband Earl D. Raynor Sr.; and her children, Ivey Raynor Brown and Earl D. Raynor Jr.. She is also survived by four grandchildren; one great grandchild; three god children, nieces, nephews and other devoted relatives and friends.
